Democratic Presidential Primary -- March 5

On March 5, we have the opportunity to demonstrate our enthusiasm and unwavering support for the Democratic Party. Why does it matter? Because a resounding turnout now, when we’re nominating a presidential candidate, will show the country, and the world, that Virginia Democrats are serious about this election season, we’re ready for it, and we intend to win in November. It’s also the best way yet to show just how proud we are of the historic achievements of this Democratic administration, from phenomenal job growth to lower prescription drug costs to the single biggest investment ever in clean energy and the climate. 

We’re confronting serious threats from the extreme right, and there’s no better strategy than to use the power of the ballot box to prove from the get-go that democracy will prevail.
